As Everspring’s Chief Solutions Officer, Douglas works with institutions to understand their most important priorities and deliver high-impact results.
Douglas began his higher education career with McGraw-Hill Higher Education, where over 12 years he helped transform the business from print to digital solutions while improving top- and bottom-line performance. His work included collaborating with colleges and universities across China, India, Australia, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States. He later served as Vice President of Sales for Wiley Global Education and, most recently, Executive Vice President for GG+A Global Philanthropy, which was acquired by Huron in 2024.
Douglas’s experience across higher education markets enables university leaders to make confident decisions about where to focus, how to grow, and which opportunities are best positioned to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Douglas holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and International Relations from Tufts University, where he continues to serve as a leader in the alumni community. He is also serving a third term on the AACSB Corporate Advisory Board.
