His work focuses on turning data into knowledge, knowledge into better decisions, and decisions into faster, more consistent execution at scale.
Jason leads the company’s technology, data, and AI strategy. His team is embedding intelligence across Everspring’s operations, solutions, and learning experiences—helping teams turn data into knowledge, make better decisions, and execute with greater speed and consistency.
Jason pairs innovation with responsible execution. He is advancing the use of AI in ways that are safe, ethical, and transparent while protecting student and institutional information. This approach gives Everspring a strong foundation for adapting to evolving market, learner, and workforce needs while continuously improving the value it delivers.
Jason brings more than two decades of experience leading large-scale engineering organizations, modernizing enterprise platforms, and building technology capabilities that help organizations operate and innovate more effectively. Before joining Everspring, he spent 13 years at TransUnion, where he led core enterprise platforms through complex modernization initiatives. His experience spans delivery excellence, organizational transformation, and platform innovation across regulated, data-intensive environments.
Jason holds an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Illinois State University.
