Neil Marchant is a seasoned finance leader who brings more than three decades of experience helping complex organizations make sound decisions, manage risk, and grow sustainably.
At Everspring, Neil provides financial leadership and strategic insight to support the company’s performance, investments, and long-term growth. During his time at Everspring, he has held leadership responsibilities across finance, financial planning and analysis, human resources, and company strategy.
Before joining Everspring, Neil led financial planning and analysis for Kaplan Higher Education’s campus division. Earlier in his career, he held progressively senior finance roles at HSBC, Santander, Intu Properties, and KPMG, working in both the United Kingdom and the United States.
Neil’s combination of financial discipline, strategic judgment, and higher education experience strengthens Everspring’s ability to invest alongside university partners with confidence—enabling them to access promising new markets faster while building programs and partnerships designed for long-term financial sustainability.
Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Edinburgh and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
