Neil has over 25 years of financial and analysis experience across several industries including commercial real estate, banking and higher education. Prior to joining Everspring, Neil led the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function for Kaplan Higher Education campuses, which he joined having spent several years at HSBC in various capacities, both in the U.K. and the U.S., where he developed a deep and abiding interest in international business.
During his 10+ years at Everspring, Neil has held different responsibilities including building the finance function from the ground up, leading the FP&A function, and overseeing HR. Rarely satisfied with staying in his lane, Neil’s current role as Chief of Staff involves coordinating the senior leadership team, managing the company’s strategic priorities and acting as a change agent. Neil holds a BSc. in Molecular Biology from the University of Edinburgh and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
