This session is built for executive decision-makers who own revenue and enrollment outcomes. We’ll share a practical framework for launching and scaling AI visibility pilots that support institutional brand, complement paid media strategy, drive qualified inquiries, and ultimately fill programs. Through a live case example from a top-tier medical school, we’ll cover how leadership can leverage the opportunity, choose where to start, connect AI visibility to broader enrollment marketing efforts, navigate internal resistance (including long-tenured skeptics), and build meaningful success metrics. Participants will gain language, structures, and examples they can use immediately with their own teams.
