Cathy is Everspring's Senior Vice President of Operations. Her responsibilities support a wide range of key functions including academic operations, accreditation support, and marketing. Cathy is a champion-certified Six Sigma project manager with 15 years' experience in complex project management and business process outsourcing in higher education and professional services. Cathy has led several nationwide process improvement initiatives that centralized critical components of student and administrative support. Cathy also has substantial experience with the regulatory, legislative and accreditation-facing aspects of program and services implementation, including obtaining program approvals from state licensing bodies, regional accreditors and programmatic accreditors. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and graduated cum laude from Kalamazoo College with a BA in Psychology and International Studies.
