Erin McGrane brings more than two decades of higher education experience, with a focus on enhancing the student experience and advancing persistence and student success.
At Everspring, Erin oversees enrollment, student services, and program operations, leading the coaching, support, and operational practices that foster a strong student experience and drive student outcomes.
Throughout her career, Erin has led a broad range of functions, including enrollment, student services, student management, compliance, ombudsman services, ADA support, and operations across on-campus, blended, and online programs. She has implemented and managed student engagement and academic operations for over 25+ universities and 60+ programs, including William & Mary, Santa Clara University, and the University of Kansas.
Her work has also focused on understanding student lifecycle trends, motivation, and metacognition to better identify the factors that influence student engagement and progress. By translating these insights into student-centered strategies and support practices, Erin helps institutions anticipate student needs, address barriers at critical points in the student journey, and create conditions that strengthen retention, persistence, and long-term student success.
Erin’s experience helps university partners create more connected, responsive student experiences that strengthen persistence and support students throughout their journey, from enrollment through program completion.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Eastern Illinois University and a CORe Credential from Harvard Business School Online.
