Before joining Everspring, Ted spent three years as a consultant with The Parthenon Group, where he led efforts to diagnose student obstacles in underperforming schools and formulate effective policy responses. He later worked as an investor at Adams Street Partners, sourcing, evaluating, and executing growth equity investments in high-growth technology businesses.
Ted’s combination of education strategy and investment experience brings a rigorous, evidence-based perspective to understanding institutional challenges and evaluating paths forward.
Ted holds an MBA with distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he received the Dean’s Award for Academic Achievement, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, from Williams College.
