Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and refine an exciting program for online faculty onboarding and training, including but not limited to: delivering learning design onboarding training, conducting online instructor training, and teaching faculty how to use specific tools for online course asset development
  • Serve as the key escalation point for partner faculty after their courses have launched, making yourself available on call for questions, leaving no stone unturned to resolve faculty questions and issues

The Senior Full Stack Developer will join the Tech Team to build our custom integration and web application systems that drive our online education services. As we improve our stack, this individual will be responsible for implementing new features and services on both the frontend and backend. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in the software development life cycle who can mentor our development team and lead by example. This position will report to the Software Development Manager and is located in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new and maintain existing applications in a Java-based integration system with a NoSQL database, leveraging REST Web Services, and Citrine batch jobs
  • Build new features across the whole technology stack
  • Write high-quality code and unit tests that not only meet but raise the team’s development standards
  • Participate in technical design/architecture meetings, evaluate new frameworks and tools, and suggest innovative solutions to our complex problems
  • Monitor interfaces to integrated systems ensuring that all systems are operating as designed
  • Create technical design documents to meet user stories and architecture requirements
  • Manage the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual software testing
  • Mentor other developers via paired programming and engaging, thorough code reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field

The VP of Marketing will manage and continue building a growing, high-performing team with direct accountability for generating highly qualified leads and enrollments and managing associated costs. Reporting to Everspring’s SVP Marketing, this senior leader will play a key client-facing role in managing successful university partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior leadership to design and execute an effective marketing program for our university partners
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing activities, including:
    • Digital advertising, including SEM, display, affiliate and email marketing
    • Content marketing for the purposes of SEO, social engagement and lead generation
    • Microsite management for university partners
    • Creative services, including design and copywriting
  • Inspire and motivate the team in development of innovative student acquisition strategies – maximizing existing channels and developing new channels we haven’t even considered
  • Manage marketing budget for Everspring partners: Ensure actual results meet or exceed budget requirements, close management of cost per lead, cost per start and other key performance indicators
  • Maintain an intimate knowledge of marketing analytics and leverage this knowledge to ensure efficient management of all marketing activities
  • Manage and continue to build a growing, high-performing marketing team, including recruiting, performance management and professional development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent professional qualification required. MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years’ marketing experience
  • 5+ years’ experience leading and managing a team
  • Experience with marketing specifically for lead generation is required. Education industry is a plus.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with digital media, including SEM, display, social, email and affiliate channels
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter that gets excited about rolling up their sleeves and digging into the work
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organization and staff management skills
